Patrick Carey
Patrick is the co-founder of Carey & Giampa, Realtors, one of New Hampshire’s largest independent real estate firms. A Seacoast native, he has been a licensed real estate broker since 1986 and is licensed in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine.
With nearly four decades of experience, Patrick is a consistent top producer in the Seacoast market. He has personally closed over $400 million in real estate transactions and has overseen more than $2 billion in brokerage volume. His expertise spans residential sales, investment properties, and rental real estate, making him a trusted resource for clients across the Seacoast.
Denise Bloom
Denise joined Carey & Giampa in 2023 and quickly became an integral part of the team.
As the first point of contact in the office, Denise manages day-to-day operations at the front desk and plays a key role in keeping everything running smoothly. Known for her responsiveness, organization, and positive energy, she is a trusted resource for both clients and team members.
Hunter Carey
Hunter grew up working summers in the rental division at Carey & Giampa. He is a licensed real estate sales agent and in 2025 joined the rental department in a full-time capacity.
Having spent his life on the Seacoast, he has a strong understanding of the local market and a genuine connection to the area. Outside of work, Hunter enjoys spending time on the golf course and being outdoors along the New Hampshire coastline.
